The Prodys Quantum2 ST is an advanced, 1U rack-mount IP audio codec designed for connecting broadcasting studios and mobile vehicles for reliable audio links. Quantum2 ST provides highly reliable, steady audio connections using IP-based streaming and offers options for one or two stereo audio programs, with support for analog, digital (AES/EBU), and various audio compression formats like OPUS, AAC, and G.722. Point to multipoint distribution is supported (multi-unicast 1:10) or unlimited with multicast Dante/AES67 or Ravenna/AES67 is available to provide an interface for uncompressed digital audio over a single Ethernet cable replacing all the individual audio inputs and outputs. This unit can be controlled from its built-in web graphical interface, its front panel display menu, or from the ProdysControlPlus application. The new WEBMONITOR is also available to listen to the unit’s audio from ProdysControlPlus or an Internet browser on a distant location. This makes the equipment fully manageable remotely, facilitating the work of supervisors.
